You’ll have private access to the entire cottage and yard—the yard is fully fenced, making it safe for pets and ideal for outdoor relaxing, dining, or just enjoying the fresh air. The home is behind the main house and is accessed via the alleyway, with parking conveniently next to the home.

Parking space behind studio is in need of gravel and leveling. Full of nails and a huge pothole not ideal for guests. Basement apartment better choice.
