The place was cute, clean and comfortable and worked as a place to stay for a work visit. The heat was a concern. When we arrived the heat was not on. The place is older and the only heat was the floor board heat. We did turn it on but it took until morning to warm anything up and it was -2 outside. We tried to contact the owner or manager and never received any communication. The internet also never worked. I wouldn’t say these are reasons not to stay however, I would encourage communication with management prior to ensure connection.

The town house was as expected. I did not account for the noise of the interstate, which would not have been bothersome if we did not have to keep our windows open at night because there was no AC. I should've read more carefully as we were staying in July. For the price and location it was great for Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo, I just did not think through the no AC and Interstate noise. We were not notified that the dishwasher did not work so we had to unload and wash, which was not a super big deal, but I wouldn't have loaded it if I had known
