About this house rental

Your cozy mountain getaway awaits near Conifer/ S Evergreen at this three story mountain-modern home. With 2 bedrooms: upper suite featuring a King bed and main level feat. a Queen bed. Upstairs loft has Queen size air mattress as well as 2 Queen futon beds. Extra bedding is provided in the totes there. The main level living room space has a large modular couch. This provides a total of 6 beds. 1.5 bathrooms. Main level has a jetted bathtub/ shower combo. Upper level bath is a half bath- sink and toilet.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

Staunton State Park is practically in our back yard. Highly recommend Wellington Lake! 20 minutes to Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater, Evergreen Lake, and neighboring trailheads (*Pence Park*, O’fallon Park, Corwina Park, Lair’o’the Bear Park). 30 min to S Denver. 1.5 hours from all of the major ski resorts. Ski Cooper Leadville is a nice hidden gem ski resort!

Access to Beverly Rd is easy. Yet, 4WD is a must in winter months.
