About this apartment rental
This apartment, located in a very quiet area with a small private courtyard, is ideal for spending pleasant moments with family or friends.
You will be just 1 minute walk from the beach of Merville-Franceville-Plage, with direct access to the sea, on the side of the lifeguard station. A perfect location to fully enjoy the seaside.
The apartment is fully equipped to meet all your needs and offer you a pleasant stay.
The accommodation
The apartment is fully equipped to meet all your needs and offer you a pleasant stay. Among the equipment: TV with Amazon fire, dolce gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and traditional oven and everything you need to cook your meals.
The master bedroom, equipped with a double bed of 140 x 190 cm, is located on the first floor. Upstairs, accessible by a small miller's ladder staircase, is the children's bedroom on the mezzanine, equipped with two single beds of 90 x 190 cm.
In addition, for a 5th visitor, a single bed (90 x 200 cm) is also present in the cabin between the living room and the bathroom.
Please note: There is no door separating the bedroom and the mezzanine (access to the upper bedroom is via a small staircase such as a miller's ladder) 🪜 and no door between the living room and the cabin either.
A baby cot (up to 3 years old) and a high chair are available.
The bathroom includes toilet, a shower, as well as a washing machine for your comfort.
The entrance to the apartment is through the small private courtyard (23m2), directly into the kitchen/living room.
In the courtyard, a garden table and chairs are at your disposal, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals in a peaceful setting.PGJyPg

Parking is easy and free, with spaces available free of charge right next to the apartment along the avenue (de la Côte Fleurie).
Merville city center 5 min walk by the beach with many shops (crossroads city/ greengrocer/ bakery/ butcher/restaurants..).
Also nearby: golf / thalassotherapy / equestrian centre / sailing school / Cabourg town centre / mini golf / children's play park / cycle path / aquatic area / amusement park 1/2 hour away. Many activities and entertainment offered in the summer (concert / picnic on the beach / night markets / parade, etc.), not to mention cultural outings (Merville battery / the Redoute / the Caen memorial/ the landing beaches / the bunkers, etc.).
