Property was tastefully decorated. Consideration for anything a traveler might need was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable. Every room smelled fresh. Location was perfect for CityPass activities. Lots of stairs, but our family family appreciated the extra exercise. Air conditioning on main level and master bedroom was a great touch! We were concerned ahead of our stay about the lack of a designated parking space but we always found something close to the home. Hosts were obviously conscious of every little detail!

Really great property. Very clean, and everything including the furniture, bed linens, mattresses, etc. were brand new and in great condition. The separate bedrooms on each floor allow for privacy which is nice. AC is only in 2 rooms which was a little rough as it was a hot weekend. The house also sits on a busy street so the noise was a lot at times as the bedrooms face the street.Hosts were responsive, overall a good experience.

We stayed here for four nights while house hunting and exploring Seattle, and it was an excellent home base. The location is ideal—close to downtown, the university, major attractions, restaurants, and bike routes. We appreciated how well the space was outfitted with everything we needed. The layout gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax after busy days. The kitchen was especially convenient for easy breakfasts before heading out. I also enjoyed several bike rides in different parts of the city, all easily accessible from the home. Would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!
