About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 85 m² flat overlooking lush vegetation in the commune of Cauro, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. On the second floor, it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower) and a 200 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A large 35 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace (wood not supplied), dining area and an open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
Each bedroom has its own shower room with shower, washbasin and hairdryer.
Exterior:
- The 20 m² terrace is equipped with furniture and overlooks the garden.
- The enclosed garden enjoys sunshine all day long. There are garden furniture and a large garden table for outdoor meals.
The flat is ideally located in Cauro, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

- Hiking around Cauro: Arche de Cavru, Punta San Petru, Boucle du Mont d'Aragnascu
- Gorges du Prunelli: vertiginous walks and wild landscapes to discover nearby
Although Cauro is high up, there are several freshwater and coastal beaches within easy reach:
- Freshwater beaches (rivers & dams) : Pont de la Vanna (Ocana), Tolla dam, Marina Viva (Grosseto-Prugna)
- Beaches: Porticcio and its beaches (Agosta, Albitreccia), Capo di Feno beach
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the gated grounds of the house. 3 spaces are available and shared with the accommodation below.
