To ensure these high health and hygiene standards are met, our maintenance team automatically performs essential pool and garden care at least once every two days. Please note that this upkeep schedule is a mandatory safety requirement for the property and will be carried out seamlessly throughout your stay. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Guest Access:
The whole villa is yours to enjoy. You will have full access to all the available facilities and services with absolute and complete privacy. Feel free to use the pool, the garden, and the entirety of the house as you please.
You can access the villa from a quiet alley. The villa features a private parking space, suitable for 1 medium-sized cars or several motorbikes. Each bedroom comes with its own key set that includes the entrance gate.

The villa is located in a very central area, the down side is if you were looking for a zen moment I am not too sure if this is the villa for you.
Mrs Sippys is on backing on to the villa so you hear the party times most of the day and night. (They close at 10pm)
Villa staff were amazing.
We had a few maintenance problems.
Water pump that ran constantly leaving a humming noise outside our bedroom!!
They did what they could to help how they could but honestly I just feel the owners of the villa need to pump a little cash into the place.
It’s a good basic villa, I wouldn’t be cooking up a storm in the kitchen, boiling water would be as far as it would be capable of, needs a deep clean inside the cupboards. The care taker came daily to clean, lovely guy great English so he takes care of all your needs.
The pool area was lovely.
Especially having the grass area, loving how our villa didn’t feel like a concrete jungle.
The pool man comes every two days to clean and check the chemicals so we took full advantage of the day beds and pool.
The staff made our experience.
Anything you need they try to oblige.
All in all I would recommend staying there if you didn’t have children, the noise from Mrs sippy may make bedtimes a little difficult.
We enjoyed our time there.

It’s a fantastic location but was a bit noisy with the traffic going to/from Mrs Sippy. The villa is lovely and the pool great. We just struggled to sleep with the local rooster starting at 3am and dog yapping on and off all day and night.
