Located in Ringsberg, this spacious 220 sqm fully equipped holiday home spans two floors and accommodates up to 8 guests plus a baby in 4 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms and a guest WC. Bed linen and towels are included.
You’ll find a generous open-plan kitchen with full amenities, including dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, and Nespresso machine, as well as a bright living and dining area with terrace access. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, workspace, and baby cot. For entertainment, there are children’s books, CDs, games, building blocks, and a train set for all ages.
Enjoy your own 500 sqm private garden with swing and in-ground trampoline—perfect for families. There’s a 40 sqm rooftop terrace with sun loungers and green views, plus a 100 sqm sun terrace with garden furniture and grill. A public playground is within walking distance for more fun.
The house is on a private road next to fields, with 3 private parking spaces (2 under a carport). Up to 2 pets are welcome; dogs must have clean, dry paws indoors and stay off the beds. If your dog uses furniture at home, please bring a freshly washed large blanket to cover the sofa. Events are not permitted.
The nearest beach, Bockholmwik (dog-friendly, no tourist tax), is just 2.7 km away—reachable on foot, by bike, or car (parking available). The area offers sailing, surfing, kiting, stand-up paddling, and hiking through forests and coastal regions.
