This property in Hardeshøj combines historical charm with modern luxury and offers you a unique holiday right by the Alssund. Inside, you will find a stylishly furnished house with a large living room including a wood-burning stove, a professional kitchen with a cooking island and a large dining and conference room. Entertainment is provided by a spacious activity room with billiards and table tennis as well as numerous cosy retreats.
Immerse yourself in the pool area with a heated swimming pool, a water slide, a swimming trainer, a whirlpool and a sauna. A glass passage harmoniously connects the pool area with the main house and provides access to a screened terrace with a breathtaking view of the sound. The large natural plot offers direct access to the beach, a small fishing harbour and a marina for relaxing hours. Enjoy the view from the large south-facing terrace, which is virtually right on the water, or relax on the roof terrace on the upper floor. The island of Als boasts a long coastline, fine sandy beaches and beautiful forests.
