A quiet hillside apartment with scenic views, a plush king bed and a private patio with gas grill. Trade the Valley heat for cool pine air, and Prescott`s downtown, lakes and trails are a short drive away. Ideal for couples, solo travelers and work trips.
THE SPACE
The Overlook is a private, lower-level one-bedroom apartment set in the hills above Prescott, built for slowing down.
Sleep: a king-size bed in the bedroom, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living area for a third or fourth guest.
Cook and dine: the kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and blender for breakfasts and light meals. Eat at the indoor dining nook, or take dinner outside to the patio.
Outdoors: a private patio with gas grill and outdoor seating, the best spot for morning coffee or sunset.
Comforts: a cozy fireplace, Wi-Fi and a desk for remote work, smart TV, in-unit washer and dryer, full-size closet, room-darkening shades and a shower-tub combo.
GETTING AROUND
You`re a short drive from Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row, Watson Lake, the Granite Dells and Thumb Butte trails. It`s an easy base for antique shopping, live music and Prescott`s festivals.

- Self check-in from 3 pm with a private entrance; checkout at 12 pm (noon)
- Your on-site host lives in the upstairs residence and is happy to help. Please keep noise considerate, especially after 10 pm
- No pets, no smoking, no parties
- Free parking on site

One of the absolute cleanest places we’ve ever stayed! It both smelled clean and was clean! The Overlook was spacious & thoughtfully planned out. Comfy and firm bed slept like a dream. The couch was also cozy & sizable. Brit was an excellent communicator & we never waited for more than a few minutes for a response. Some of the communication didn’t work well on a mobile device, so you may need a computer.

The vrbo part of checking in was a little cumbersome as we had to check into the site to communicate with the owner. Owner communicated well.
