This beautiful home is centrally located in the historic area of The Villages, within a 5 minute golf cart ride to The Orange Blossom Hills Golf and Country Club. Residents here can choose between 18 holes of championship golf, or the scenic Hilltop executive course. The home is close to shopping, restaurants, and nightly live music/dancing in the Spanish Springs Square. An hour drive from Orlando. Home has 200 mbps speed Wifi. Master bedroom has king bed, and guest bedroom has queen bed. Master bath has a walkin shower, and guest bath has a bathtub. Home has a screened lanai with table and chairs, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans. There is a desk in the guest bedroom that would serve as a dedicated work space if needed. There are closets in each bedroom for clothes storage (hangers included.) The home has a TV in the living room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, can opener, dishes/silverware, blender, baking sheet, coffee/coffee maker, pots/pans, and cooking basics (oil, salt/pepper.) The house was clean and very well-stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and tucked away from the heavier traffic in the area, while still being close to everything The Villages has to offer. A great value!
