Location is a mere walk to Nelson Mandela square - Sandton City.
The check-in experience is very bad. It would be helpful to receive check in instructions after booking. Guard at the gate is not very helpful. As you don’t have gate key, it feels like your win a prison and require guard to be there to late you in and out. In some cases guard is not there and you have to wait. On one occasion we arrived late at night with Uber, guard was not there. For safety we had to wait at the garage next door. The guard only came 20 min later. Johannesburg is not safe to be hanging outside a main road. The property is also smaller than shown in pictures. Mattress is also very hard. Didn’t like the fact that booking was for 2 people but property only had 1 towel. For the duration of the stay we only had one towel.
