Quiet location and convenient to town and the university. The place felt welcoming and the small touches were greatly appreciated (the welcome note and wine were very unexpected!)

Loved the decor and how clean and comfortable the home was. Communication was amazing and the hand written welcome note and treats were so lovely!
Honestly it is minor & just personal preference but we did find the beds a little too hard, but still slept fine!

Lovely, quiet area… absolutely comfortable, not to mention the beds, oh so toasty! Had everything you could need to just walk in/stay/walk out… grounds were well maintained, love the decor & the added extras…. Very thoughtful bottle of wine on arrival (we’re visiting from Australia for our son’s wedding). We definitely found the perfect home away from home! Thank you!
Everything was absolutely perfect, so comfy & accommodating, had everything you could need! Nothing we didn’t like!
