Open plan kitchen-dining-living that opens onto a sheltered deck with BBQ and outdoor seating. TV(55in) with Netflix, Bluetooth stereo, full laundry with washing machine, dryer and clothes line. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, 4 ring stove top, oven and microwave. Two heat pumps for heating or cooling.

We came to Palmerston North for a few days playing golf,at some of Manawatu’s courses. Linton Cottage was a perfect spot for us. It is central being only a few minutes walk away from the city centre while the golf courses are only a short drive away. The cottage was warm, comfortable, very well equipped and extremely clean. A great few days away.
