Excellent value to money, a nice and clean environment and the host Duke went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. A very nice and hospitable man.

Comfy beds and the close bus stops, train station town and to the castle where we were going for a concert. Toilets were clean.
Too many inconsistencies. Information that should have been automatically given like: that there's a key for the door that needs to be unlocked and the code itself. The code actually changed a few hours after being given the initial code when asking how to get in. Check-in time was attempted to be changed and caused some stress when the advertised check-in was a main make the booking.
There was no bath linen provided and no pillow cases provided.
I was woken up really early and kept up for a few hours
