Welcome to your cozy retreat in the heart of Athens! This stylish one-bedroom apartment features a separate living room with a comfortable sofa bed, making it perfect for couples, friends, or small groups.
Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance while staying in a beautifully renovated Neo-Classical building in the vibrant Exarchia neighborhood. The apartment offers modern comforts, and you'll also have access to a shared area with a laundry machine for added convenience.
The ceiling is covered with the original decorations from the 20's and adds a lot of feeling to the house.
It has 2 balconies and a back patio, a perfect place for morning coffee.
You will be available to enter all the space

Step outside and immerse yourself in the local culture: Exarchia is known for its artistic spirit, eclectic cafés, unique bookshops, and record stores. You’ll be just a short walk from the city center, museums, and major historical sites.
On Saturdays there is a farmers market in the neighborhood, so you could buy fruits, vegetables, honey and fish, all grown in small local farms.
The neighborhood is well-connected, with a nearby bus line offering easy access to all central areas of the city. The apartment is just a 13-minute walk from the "Panepistimio" metro station (Line 3), making it easy to get around. Most major attractions and central neighborhoods are also within walking distance - perfect for exploring the heart of Athens on foot.
Dear guest,
- Please do not throw any paper or sanitary items in the toilet, please use the bin provided. All Greek drainage is not suited to waste and it would clog the drainage, if such clog happens, the guest will be charged the cost of repair.
- Smoking is allowed only at the balconies.
- The tap water is drinkable.
- No loud music between the hours 14:00-17:00 and after 23:00 out of respect to the
neighbourhood.
