Located on the 3rd floor of a period building without elevator, this 35m2 apartment has been designed for your comfort.
- Entrance: a small entrance that distributes all the rooms
- The living room: a bright and friendly area with a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV for your relaxing evenings, and a dining/office area
- The kitchen: open and modern, equipped (fridge, hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and utensils. No microwave)
- The room: welcoming with king size bed (180x200cm)
- Shower room: with integrated toilet
- A second independent toilet: located in the corridor for more comfort
The apartment is air conditioned (reversible air conditioning) in the living room and bedroom for a pleasant stay whatever the season.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes station: about 7 minutes by car or 20 minutes by foot.
Many parking lots nearby:
- Parking Lamy Rue d'Antibes (200 meters)
- Parking EFFIA Isola Bella (450 meters)

Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.
Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
No PMR access.
