Return from the beach to an outdoor space of your own. Managed by the family-owned LB Vacation Rentals team, this one-bedroom apartment is in a private residence at 13 Rue Commandant André, close to Rue d'Antibes shops, bars and restaurants. La Croisette and the beach are approximately 2 minutes away on foot, and the Palais des Festivals approximately 5 minutes.
The spacious terrace is for your exclusive use, with comfortable couches, umbrellas, a dining table and chairs. Enjoy meals outside or unwind between Cannes outings.
• The apartment welcomes up to four guests.
• The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area has a fully equipped kitchen, a table and a convertible sofa bed with a real 160 x 200 cm mattress.
• The bedroom has a queen-size bed measuring 160 x 200 cm.
• There is a shower room, with the toilet in a separate room outside it.
• Fully renovated in January 2023, the apartment has thoughtful design and high-quality furnishings for a holiday or congress stay.
• A 58-inch cable television and 20 Mbps ADSL internet are provided.
• Start your day with complimentary coffee and tea.
• Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap are provided; a high chair can be provided on request before arrival.
The apartment is on the first floor, accessed by stairs, with no elevator. There are two steps to access the shower. Its central location makes Cannes easy to explore on foot without a car.
