La proximité de l’appartement avec le centre-ville L’organisation des gestionnaires (merci Bastien) Appartement bien équipé avec quelques petites touches bien pratiques (capsules de café - sachets de thé- bouteille d’eau …) À quelques mètres de la plage La beauté de l’appartement et surtout la belle terrasse

The location was amazing and it was decorated and equipped so well!
You do have to walk up four flights of stairs which was a little tough with luggage but overall pretty doable. Night time gets a little loud but if you have the patio doors closed it is quiet!

De locatie is geweldig!
Voor 4 personen is het krap (een slaapkamer en andere 2 zouden in woongedeelte moeten slapen). Wij waren met z’ 2-en. En stel je bent iets minder goed ter been, dan is het nadeel dat het appartement op de 4e verdieping ligt en er geen lift is. Hadden wij geen ‘last’ van.

Its a cozy apartment in the middle of the city, close to the beach, the host very nice, apartment is equiped with everythibg you need.
The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, especially on the terrace and the sofa, which were covered in dust and hair. It would have been more accurate to mention that there are parties every night until 3 AM, making it impossible to keep the windows open — both because of the noise and the strong food smells coming from nearby restaurants.
