- A spacious living room welcomes you with, on one side, a dining area with equipped kitchen and dining table for four meals, and on the other side, a nice comfortable living area with Smart TV.
- The master bedroom en suite ensures you an ideal comfort with a quality king size bedding, a dressing closet, and a shower room with toilet.
- The second bedroom offers two single beds and storage.
- An additional shower room as well as an independent toilet completely space.

IMPORTANT: Following a recent comment by a female traveller suggesting that bed bugs were suspected, we confirm that no pests were detected in this dwelling.

30 minutes by car from Nice Côtes d'Azur airport.

AFFAIRS
Beyond the only 200 metres that separate you from the Festival Palace and the Croisette, within a radius of a few hundred meters, you will find many excellent restaurants (New York, Zoa Bar, Epicurieux, Fervor...) as well as bars and shops nearby.
Antibes Street, the main shopping street, is also less than 100 metres away.
The SNCF and bus stations are only 400 metres away, less than five minutes on foot.

Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.
Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
