The famous seafront terrace with panoramic views of the islands and the coast, from Cannes to Mandelieu. A first bedroom en suite with king size bed, smart TV, closet / dressing room and private shower room with toilet. A second bedroom with two single beds, smart TV, and closet. A third bedroom with sofa bed, desk and closet / dressing room. A bathroom common to these last two bedrooms with a bath-angle that waits more than you to fulfill its relaxing function and toilets. ACCESS TO PROPERTY Access to the property in 19 minutes on foot, 16 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by car from Cannes Train Station.30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur airport. Need a transfer? We can handle this through our concierge service. AFFAIRS After a few steps on your street, you can: - Join the midday beaches in 30 seconds.- Go to the convention hall in less than 15 minutes.- Walk along the Croisette between luxury shops, palaces and sandy beaches, all in less than 13 minutes.- Do your shopping on Antibes Street. And to make your life easier, a concierge service all your desires! Ask us what would please you, but especially a driver, a piece of cleaning, a luggage storage, a parking reservation, or more moderately a cot or a high chair for your (small) attendants. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Paid parking on the very street of the accommodation, with common parking in the residence. Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible). Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra. Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box. All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
