About this apartment rental
Large, bright, comfortable apartment, 75 m², very functional, perfect for accommodating a family, even with grandparents, up to 6 people. It is located on the first floor of a recently renovated family home, 50 m walk from the main beach, close to all shops and away from the hustle and bustle.
The accommodation:
This apartment is located on the first floor of the family building built in 1934. It has undergone many improvements over time.
Each bedroom has a wardrobe or closet. Two of the bedrooms overlook a small pedestrian street, the other at the front of the house, but it remains very quiet because the street is not very busy.
There is a large cupboard at the end of the corridor to store beach "equipment", cleaning or children's furniture.
The bathroom has been recently redone and the walk-in shower is particularly comfortable.
The living-dining-kitchen room offers a bright and pleasant space.
The best air conditioning in an old house? Playing with shutters and windows, especially in a crossing apartment...

The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms, a new and very well equipped kitchen, a living-dining room, a completely refurbished bathroom, and separate toilets.
It can accommodate 6 people and a baby (canvas bed and high chair available).
