- La Croisette and beaches: 5 minutes walk. Between palaces, beach restaurants, cocktail huts and deckchairs, this is the ideal place to enjoy the Mediterranean
- Palais des Festivals: 8 minutes walk. High place of international events such as the Cannes Festival, MIPCOM or the NRJ Music Awards
Gambetta Market: 10 minutes walk. Daily market for fruit, vegetables, flowers and local specialities
- Le Suquet (Old Cannes): 22 minutes walk. Historical district in height, with paved streets, restaurants and panoramic views of the port

Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
