It is an excellently located tiny studio, truly just a few steps from the Croisette. I went running every morning enjoying the awakening of the seaside and I was there before I even realised I started off. Had my gymnastics after in the corridor in front of the entrance door. Ideal for two. Still acceptable with one or two kids or friends, but in this case space will truly be limited to a small hotel room feel. A classic French bakery is just opposite the street for breakfast, but you have two other posh ones as well within 70 meters (Maison Degrange and Philippe Tayac), both are top. The street rue d'Antibes itself is "the prestige shopping street" of Cannes, with plenty of good cafés, bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood, while "high luxury" brands tend to be located more towards the Croisette. A very good local small market, Marché Gambetta is just a short walk away and my favourite book-shop as well on the way to it. The Cannes Railway and Bus Station is truly just 950 meters with excellent lines all the way up to Antibes-Monaco-Menton and even Italy. I liked the well equipped mini-kitchenette and the tiny bathroom with ironing possibility as well.

The view from the window is not so nice as it looks onto an unused inside courtyard covering the surrounding buildings' ground floor, with limited sunshine coming in. But you are in Cannes, so go and enjoy sunshine at the beach and only come back here for your sleep! :) Some furniture pieces has signs of wear. Shower cabin is truly miniature, but I am not a big guy, so it was fine for me. The private label Nespresso capsule café taste was poor - but you barely find a good coffee in France. :) And finally, a truly sharp knife would make my kitchen experience perfect. :)
