About this apartment rental
This incredible vacation condominium suite at the Water's Edge Resort in Garden City on the shore of Bear Lake is fully furnished and stocked with all the essentials for your convenience. We provide all linens, towels, coffee makers, smart TVs, stocked kitchen and kitchenettes. As a ground floor suite (you do need to go down one flight of stairs to reach the front entry), you get easy access in and out of the suite through large sliding glass doors! The room is within walking distance of a public beach and all your favorite restaurants and shops right in the center of town.
Suite 101 is a great getaway, perfectly suited for anyone and everyone to enjoy all that Bear Lake Valley offers. For your ease in planning, here is the layout of each of the bedrooms:

Beautiful location and set up. However it could have been cleaner. Windows were dirty, the microwave had crumbs form previous people, hallways were very dirty, very dusty inside the condo. The TV in the master bedroom didn't work, but the others were fine. The fireplace did not work. Definitely needs more cleaning maintenance.

This was a wonderful property with 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Each had its own locked door. The kitchen was very spacious and the couch beds worked well for the kiddos. The little grassy area was fun for the kids to play in. You are a short walk to the rocky beach area. Not a great beach to camp and play in for the day but very beautiful views of the lake. Overall a great experience!
