About this apartment rental

This incredible vacation condominium suite at the Water's Edge Resort in Garden City on the shore of Bear Lake is fully furnished and stocked with all the essentials for your convenience. We provide all linens, towels, coffee makers, smart TVs, stocked kitchen and kitchenettes. As a ground floor suite (you do need to go down one flight of stairs to reach the front entry), you get easy access in and out of the suite through large sliding glass doors! The room is within walking distance of a public beach and all your favorite restaurants and shops right in the center of town.

Suite 402 is a great getaway, perfectly suited for anyone and everyone to enjoy all that Bear Lake Valley offers. For your ease in planning, here is the layout of each of the bedrooms:
Master: King - sleeps 2
Bedroom #2: Queen + Full pull-out couch - sleeps 4
Bedroom #3: Queen + Full pull-out couch - sleeps 4
Living Room - Queen pull out couch - sleeps 2

We took two families with little kids and loved the location. We were able to walk right down to the public lake access (although the water is high right now).
