The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming studio for rent in Annecy-le-Vieux located 600 metres from the lake. The studio has a surface area of 25 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 22 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. The apartment is ideally located in Annecy-le-Vieux, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- Go sailing or water skiing on Lake Annecy from Annecy-le-Vieux.
- Go hiking or trail running to nearby Mont Veyrier.
- Discover the old town of Annecy and visit the castle.
- Stroll around the Château de la Cour in Annecy-le-Vieux with views of the lake.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private numbered parking space. Paid parking is also available near the town hall and near the Quai de la Tournette.
