Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any queries or incidents related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding staff.

Gardens, sun loungers (for a fee), bar, restaurant, games room and supermarket open every day on the ground floor.

🕒 Check-in: 24-hour Reception. Check-in from 15:00 (from 15 June to 15 September, check-in from 16:00). Early check-in, upon request and subject to availability, with a supplement of €20.

All guests must register in accordance with local regulations. You will receive a secure link one week before your arrival to do this online.
