We happily welcome one well-behaved dog free of charge, so your furry family member can join the fun!

The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for your self-catering break, including a dishwasher, electric cooker, and air-fryer. Double doors open to a spacious conservatory, offering an extra sunny spot to unwind. For cooler evenings, a wood-burning stove creates a warm, inviting ambiance. The main living area, conservatory and first bedroom all have newly installed heating and cooling air conditioning units.
Rivendell comfortably accommodates six guests across three versatile bedrooms: two with super-king-size beds (convertible to twins) and a comfortable double, ensuring flexible sleeping arrangements. The home also features a modern bathroom with a spacious shower.
Outside, the enclosed garden provides a safe, private space, extending your living outdoors. Enjoy morning coffee or evening unwinds, with a fire pit and BBQ on hand for al fresco meals or starlit gatherings.
