Perched at the very tip of Peterborg's dramatic Picara Point, Villa Arpeggio is where modern design meets natural harmony. Named for the cascading beauty of a musical arpeggio, this villa is a symphony of sensations—waves crashing rhythmically against the rocks below, sunsets painting the sky above the infinity-edge pool, and sunrises revealing sweeping views of St. John and the British Virgin Islands from the observation deck. The villa is designed for family vacations; mature guests (40+).
Perched at the edge of Picara Point in St. Thomas, Villa Arpeggio invites you to experience oceanfront living where modern luxury meets soulful serenity. Inspired by Balinese architecture, the villa seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, welcoming the gentle sea breezes and showcasing breathtaking Caribbean views.
Villa Arpeggio features four spacious king bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bath. The master suite, located on the main floor, offers a separate entrance, private balcony, and uninterrupted ocean views, creating a tranquil retreat apart from the main living areas. A second king bedroom is also located on the main floor within the main house, offering comfort and convenience, again with a private balcony.
On the villa’s lower level (-1 floor), two additional king bedrooms open to a shared sitting area with a smart TV, perfect for families or friends traveling together. One of the sitting areas includes a queen-size pullout sofa for additional guests. The villa’s laundry facilities are also located on this level.
Floor-to-ceiling Euro doors connect the open-concept living spaces to the expansive pool patio, where sunset views stretch endlessly over the Atlantic Ocean. Above, the observation deck offers a front-row seat to nature’s beauty, with breathtaking sunrise views over St. John and the British Virgin Islands and unforgettable sunset vistas over the Atlantic.

Checkout Policy: Kindly be advised that check-out time is strictly set at 10:00 AM to ensure the seamless transition for our esteemed guests. Any unplanned or unauthorized check-out after this time will incur a ***$500 fee.***
~ Water Conservation - Please be mindful of water usage. Avoid long showers. Our water comes from rain catchment and is stored in cistern below the house. Its a precious resource on the island. Please be conservative with the water, especially when showering and washing dishes. It’s truly appreciated.
~ Tidiness - Please use provided trash bins within the unit. ~ ~ ~ Extra trash bags are provided.
~ Noise Ordinance - Please keep loud music and other disturbances to a minimum between 10p-8am.
~ No unregistered guests.
~ Guests will be assessed a 'present-value' replacement fee for replacement of any damaged items.
