Welcome to our beautiful traditional cottage in the heart of Wilmcote, a peaceful Warwickshire village just 10 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon. With original features, cosy interiors, and a private garden, this is the perfect countryside retreat for families, friends, or Shakespeare enthusiasts.

There is an additional Annex at the property that can be paid for as an Add-On to your stay. The Annex pictures are in the listing, and are fully self-contained with a kitchen and bathroom and double bed. This will be priced at an extra £120 per night and can be simply added on to your confirmed booking of the main house.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not take any bookings for the Annex separately. This is only offered as an additional extra to the main house booking.
Guests have complete access to the whole property. The property is not shared with others.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
