The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming, air-conditioned Haussmann-style flat for rent in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. With a surface area of 50 m², it can accommodate up to 3 guests. Located on the 5th floor (with lift) of a characterful building, it comprises a lovely living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you to enjoy an unforgettable stay in the capital!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 13 m² living room with sofa and TV opening onto the balcony
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: high table, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob with extractor hood...
- Bedroom 1 opening onto the balcony: a double sofa bed (120×190), a desk and a safe
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190), a dressing room and a safe
- A bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towel dryer, shower seat and drying rack
- Separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron, telephone, storage unit, etc.
Outside:
- 6 m² south/west-facing balcony with a garden table, two chairs and a fountain to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, in the Village d'Auteuil neighbourhood. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and the metro, which is 50 metres away.
Activities:
- Bois de Boulogne (5 minutes' walk): the green lung of western Paris, perfect for picnics, cycling, running or walking.
- Jardin des Serres d'Auteuil: a magnificent botanical garden with tropical greenhouses and 19th-century architecture, a true haven of peace.
- Roland-Garros Stadium: You can visit the museum or attend matches depending on the season.
- Parc des Princes: Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) stadium
- Maison de la Radio et de la Musique: concerts, exhibitions, cultural events, guided tours
- Louis Vuitton Foundation
- Marché d'Auteuil: traditional market several times a week
- Piscine Molitor: luxurious swimming pool and spa

If you choose to come by car, paid parking spaces are available on the street. There is also the Indigo Paris Porte D'Auteuil paid car park.
