Summary:
This lovely home in Kensington in minutes from Tilden Regional Park with many hiking trails, a steam train and merry-go-round for kids. You can enjoy the gorgeous views of the Golden Gate Bridge from the master bedroom.
The Space:
Perfect for adult family, friends or work trips to the area. The house has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, trash compactor, coffee maker and cooking amenities if needed. There are no children allowed under 18 years of age at the house.
There is one bedroom with a queen size bed located on the main level with a full bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs with a desk/work area, full bathroom with double sinks and a queen size bed. The master bedroom has views of the Golden Gate Bridge that you are sure to enjoy!
There is a dining area next to the kitchen, full size washer and dryer, comfortable living area and a separate area with a TV that has no cable, but apps available to watch TV using your own logins for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. We just added a sofa bed that sleeps 2 comfortably in the TV room.
There is a hot tub available for guests to use. There is one parking space available in the driveway or there is street parking available.
We welcome all respectful guests to my home, no children are allowed. Hot tubs are expensive to run, so we ask guests to be respectful and keep the hot tub covered when not in use.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house. There are a couple doors that will be locked and there is no access to the garage.
The Neighborhood:
Great views, easy driving distance to BART for transportation throughout the Bay Area, quiet, private, family-oriented neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Having a car is best, but Uber or Lyft is also an option.
Other Things to Note:
No shoes are to be worn in the house, especially on the carpeted areas.
Interaction with Guests:
I have a property management company that is available for any questions or emergencies during your stay.
