All the windows in our apartment are soundproofed to ensure peace and quiet and a good night’s sleep. Apartments here usually have very thin windows through which you can hear traffic quite loudly.
Since we get a lot of questions about this 😉—you can also hear the mosque very faintly through the windows, but it’s not a problem.

Since the apartment faces east, you don’t get the hot afternoon sun. As a rule, it’s therefore sufficient to use fans or open the windows for ventilation, which results in relatively low electricity consumption.

There is an additional special water filter for the entire apartment, as well as another drinking water filter in the kitchen. This is a unique feature here, so you don’t necessarily have to buy drinking water at the supermarket.

The spacious living area is bright and inviting, with large windows that frame the city and the sea.

The modern kitchen is well-equipped and features sleek cabinets and a panoramic window through which you can enjoy the view while cooking.
The cabinets provide so much storage space that there’s no need for another large cabinet in the living room.

The bedrooms have hardwood floors and each has its own balcony. The master bedroom also has its own bathroom.

Both the modern bathrooms and the kitchen have hot water.

Smoking is permitted on one of the three balconies, but not inside the apartment.

Electricity and Water

We limit electricity and water consumption to 100 RM per month. Electricity and water charges are billed monthly, and any usage exceeding this limit will be billed separately.


Cleanliness

Regular cleaning includes standard housekeeping, bed linens, and towels. Additional fees apply for excessive soiling (e.g., stubborn stains, sticky floors, unwashed dishes, scattered trash, smoke odors).

Please keep the bed linens clean and avoid eating or drinking on the bed. Stains on the bed linens (blood, coffee, chocolate, etc.) will be billed based on the cost of the affected bed linens.


Walls

Please keep the walls clean and free of stains, pencil marks, etc. Fees will be charged for damage caused by such markings.


Stickers/Hooks

Avoid attaching stickers or hanging hooks on walls and furniture. Removing these items may damage the paint. Fees may apply for any damage caused.


Lost Card/Key

Fees will be charged for lost keys or access cards. Losing the house key (front door) may require a new lock to be installed, for which fees will apply. A locksmith will be called at the guest’s expense if the guest accidentally locks themselves out.


Illegal Activities

The property owner is not liable for illegal activities on the rental premises.


Injuries and Damage

The property owner is not liable for personal injury, damage, or loss of personal property on the premises, regardless of the cause, including utility outages, equipment failures, or other incidents.
