It was clean. Amenities in the apartment was sufficient. A lot of places did not provide enough toilet rolls 🙈 this one had enough for 3. The shower was the old kind which was not adjustable a little annoying but the water was hot pressure was good . Check in easy. Mercato is just downstairs so grocery is a breeze. 👍

Only 1 door access card so everyone has to be home at the same time 🙈😅

The biggest plus point is the provision of a dryer and a washer, which is a true life-saver after a few days of travelling. Whilst the decor is a bit dated, the rooms and beds are clean and comfortable to stay in. It would have been better if the TV were to be placed in the living room rather than the bedroom. The location is good, which sits atop a shopping mall, although not much variety to shop in but Mercato and quite a number of eateries are there. Also, a hawker centre just about 200m away has served us well for our dinner. A bus stop stands just in front of the shopping mall. We had a ride to George Town for just RM1.40 per person. Cheap and convenient.

On the downside, the toilet bowl sucks big time. Its flushing button is awkwardly positioned and its water flow is the worst I've ever seen. I guess that's the exact reason why the host places a water pail right beside the toilet bowl. Their descriptions at booking.com did not mention a thing that a security deposit was required but the host contacted us at around 11:30pm, the night before our check-in day, asking for a RM300 deposit. They should have been more transparent on this matter.

washroom needs a update, basic stuff like biget washer should be working condition not leaking & broken one. Parking is a challenge as you need to look a for open space in a mall parking.
