Just 500 m from Hippodrome beach and 700 m from Tonnelles beach, it promises you a stay between relaxation, swimming and iodised walks.

The 80 m² accommodation is bright and well-laid-out, opening onto a pleasant living area flooded with light thanks to its large bay windows overlooking the garden. On one side, a cosy lounge with sofa, armchairs and television invites you to relax; on the other, a large dining table awaits you to share your meals in a convivial atmosphere. The open-plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle) will allow you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.
On the sleeping side, two bedrooms welcome you for well-deserved rest: the first has a Queen Size bed (160x200), whilst the second is equipped with a double bed (140x190), a single bed (90x190) as well as an additional single trundle bed (90x190), perfect for a family with children. A shower room with shower and a separate WC complete the interior layout.
For added comfort, this accommodation also provides you with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board and two private parking spaces so you can park easily.
