Lower Walreddon Barn, a reverse-level abode consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with two electric ovens, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a dining area, and a sitting area with woodburning stove and Smart TV. All bedrooms are on lower-ground-floor and consist of a king-size with en-suite bath, a king-size with en-suite shower, and two twins, along with a shower room and cloakroom. Outside, there is a front enclosed garden with lawn, furniture, barbecue, wood fired hot tub and off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 1.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. Lower Walreddon Barn makes a wonderful base for an escape to the countryside of Devon. "Great property, very well appointed and nice welcoming touches. We weren’t able to use the hot tub, despite hearing it all day, it didn’t heat. But that didn’t detract from a great break. "
