Lower Walreddon Barn, a reverse-level abode consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with two electric ovens, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a dining area, and a sitting area with woodburning stove and Smart TV. All bedrooms are on lower-ground-floor and consist of a king-size with en-suite bath, a king-size with en-suite shower, and two twins, along with a shower room and cloakroom. Outside, there is a front enclosed garden with lawn, furniture, barbecue, wood fired hot tub and off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 1.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. Lower Walreddon Barn makes a wonderful base for an escape to the countryside of Devon.
