About this house rental
This is your home away from home in the resort style active adult community of Solera with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a 2 car garage, and a fully fenced yard. Enjoy the community pool, fitness center, pickleball courts, and daily activities this community has to offer. This terrific house is nicely decorated and features a master bedroom with a king bed and a twin bed with a trundle in the guest room, perfect for a pleasant stay. The backyard is lush and full of flowering plants, has a BBQ grill, and a gas firepit to enjoy those winter nights. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are 2 smart TVs. Residents must be age 55+ with a 30 day minimum stay and 90 day minimum stay between November and March.

This is a wonderful property in an over 55 community. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly and there are lots of community activities to enjoy including a public golf course and restaurant at the entrance of the community. The home was comfortable, nicely decorated and had all the amenities. The garage was definite plus. It is close to restaurants and shopping . Krista was an excellent host, extremely welcoming and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!!
