The living room is spacious and tastefully decorated, with a chic yet cozy vibe. Relax on the large, comfortable sofa (which can accommodate one guest) and enjoy the natural light flooding the space. Both bedrooms are warm and inviting, each featuring a queen-size bed (160x200), soft linens, and elegant furnishings—ideal for restful nights and peaceful mornings.
One of the apartment’s standout features is the impressive terrace. Generously sized and lushly planted, it is fully furnished with seating areas perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or simply soaking in the fresh air and breathtaking views.
The apartment also features two lovely bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for all guests. Altogether, this home blends charm, functionality, and tranquility in one exceptional setting.
Please note:
This property is a secondary residence and is available only for mid-term stays with a minimum of 30 nights. A mid-term rental agreement will be signed after booking. Proof of purpose (internship, professional assignment, studies, etc.) may be requested. The French owners use the apartment part of the year, so long-term rentals are not possible.
The terrace and the apartment must be used quietly and respectfully, with gatherings limited to a maximum of 4 people, to ensure peace for the neighbors.
