Centrally located in Fryeburg, you have a small shopping plaza within walking distance while still feeling like you’re in the middle of the woods in a quiet, family friendly private neighborhood. Tax free outlet shopping is 20 minutes away in North Conway, but you can drive in any direction & hit great restaurants, hiking, multiple ski areas & ATV/Snowmobile trails. 2 levels plus a loft & a large deck, plenty of room for the family. Beach chairs and sturdy cart are available to borrow for the beach (7 minute walk, available in Summer months), fire pit in the backyard, so much more! This is my family vacation home so it is well stocked with towels, linens, spices, pots and pans, glassware etc. - please treat it as such and we are happy to welcome you to enjoy the peace, quiet and nature of the Mount Washington Valley.
