About this house rental
Experience historic charm at October Farm, an 1810 farmhouse nestled on 30 private acres in Fryeburg, Maine. Enjoy a private nature path, screened-in porch, and sunset views from the back deck with grill and picnic table. This cozy retreat features 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a big screen TV, and a 2-car garage. Immerse yourself in pure nature and unwind in rustic comfort.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 9pm-9am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
- NO FIREARMS - Even in Hunting season

We had a wonderful stay at October Farm. The location is excellent and such a charming home. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the fire and exploring the area. Hope to stay again in the future!
