Above it is another apartment of 100m2 fully equipped with living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, as well as 2 double bedrooms and a dormitory under the roof. A small terrace embellishes this place. The apartments can be connected by an internal and external staircase leading to the respective terraces.
