Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. For this summer 2026, the wellness area is open from 11am to 6pm, from 28 June until 30 August 2026, every day (from 12pm to 6pm on Wednesday and Saturday). For winter 2026-2027, it is scheduled to open from 5 December 2026 (subject to the opening of the station) until 11 April 2027, every day except Saturday during school holidays and every day except Wednesday outside school holidays.



Accommodation: The Agence des Orres offers this spacious apartment of 51 m2 that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Nestled on the 3rd floor of the "Les Silènes" building in the heart of the 1800 Orres, you will be within walking distance of all the shops (restaurants, superette, bakery, laundry, souvenir shops...) and the entertainment of the resort.The apartment consists of a spacious living room with an open and well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Senseo,...), a dining area for 6 guests and a living room with a sofa convertible into a comfortable double bed; and a TV. You will have a bedroom with a double bed in 140 x 190 cm, a sleeping area with two single beds 80 x 190 cm, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.In a few steps you will reach the 1800 snow front and the first ski slopes, hiking and mountain biking trails. You will also have a private ski box to store your ski gear. For a moment of relaxation, access to the wellness area is included in your reservation with heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness room (open in season only, summer and winter).
