Enjoy undisturbed peace and the charm of a sunny location, just 50 meters from the water—right in the heart of idyllic Rankwitz on the Achterwasser. Our house is located in the second row of the neighborhood, so you can fully enjoy the private atmosphere on the south-facing terrace with its spacious lawn. The quiet surroundings ensure that you won’t be disturbed by local traffic—ideal for relaxing moments.
With 120 square meters, the first floor of Villa AchterPeene offers a spacious and comfortable living area. Two modern bathrooms (with a toilet, urinal, and shower) provide additional comfort. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and features a separate utility room that offers everything you need for a self-sufficient vacation—from cooking and baking to washing, drying, and ironing. For your daily shopping, you’ll find a small, well-stocked village store in Warthe.
Especially pleasant: The underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth all year round. The high-quality Sohlnhofer natural stone slabs, which adorn not only the floor but also the bathrooms, further contribute to the cozy atmosphere—and not just in winter. People with allergies will particularly appreciate the pleasant indoor air quality.

The ground-floor vacation apartment, which sleeps up to 6 people, offers you spacious comfort with an open-concept living and dining area. Here you’ll find comfortable leather seating, a flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system, a DVD player, a desk with a keyboard, a dining table, and a small vacation library.
The fully equipped kitchen features an electric stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and various kitchen utensils. There is also an utility room with a washer and dryer.
Three separate bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep—two of them with double beds, and one with two single beds. Two modern bathrooms with showers and toilets round out the amenities.
Pets are allowed but must be booked in advance.
Please note that a security deposit of 100 must be paid in addition to the final payment. This will be refunded to you after the property has been returned in good condition.
