About this apartment rental
The house is located just about 50 meters from the water, in the second row of the neighborhood. The south-facing terraces and the spacious lawn offer a particularly peaceful atmosphere, which is further enhanced by the minimal local traffic. The spacious apartment (130 square meters) is comfortably furnished and features two bathrooms (each with a toilet, urinal, and shower).
The fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining utility room offers everything you need for a self-catering vacation—from cooking and baking to washing dishes, doing laundry, drying, and ironing. For your daily needs, you can shop at the nearby village store in Warthe.
The floors of the house are covered with Sohlnhofer natural stone, which was also used in both bathrooms. The underfloor heating, combined with the natural stone tiles, provides pleasant and even warmth, which is especially appreciated during the cooler months—and also offers a comfortable indoor environment for people with allergies.
Upper-floor vacation apartment:
The upstairs vacation apartment is accessible via a separate outdoor staircase and spans the entire floor. It features a spacious living and dining area with comfortable leather upholstered furniture, a flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system, a DVD player, a dining table, and a small vacation library for relaxing moments.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need: it features an electric stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and various kitchen utensils. The two bedrooms provide space for restful nights—one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed.
Two bathrooms provide additional comfort: one is equipped with a shower and toilet, while the other features a bathtub as well as a washer and dryer.
Please note that a security deposit of €100 plus must be paid along with the final payment. This will be refunded to you 10 days after the property has been returned in good condition.
