Architect's house located only 200m from the beach and a stone's throw from the forest in a quiet and pleasant residential development. Direct access to cycle paths.
The surface area of the house is 155m² and the land is 1100m².
You will enjoy a large garden with its west-facing terrace and a large table under the trees. Vehicles can park in the property and can even be recharged with green-up sockets.
The house is composed of an entrance, dining room with open kitchen, a pantry, a living room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, two toilets, an office and an enclosed garden.
A master suite with a 180 cm bed on the first floor with its bathroom.
2 bedrooms upstairs: one with a 140 bed and the other with two 90 bunk beds.
1 toilet on the first floor.
1 bathroom with toilet upstairs.
1 office with a sofa bed upstairs that can accommodate 2 additional people.
- Deposit check of 2000 € (not cashed) to be sent on arrival.
- Non-smoking inside.
- WI-FI included.
- Cleaning fee included (the house must be returned in a suitable condition).
- Bed linen and towels provided. Cleaning included (1 time a week)
Rentals are preferably from Saturday to Saturday.
