Only 350m from the stunning beach of Labenne-Ocean, you will find this beautiful haven of relaxation. Here tranquility is guaranteed. On a landscaped and fully fenced 1500 sqm of land you have numerous possibilities to sunbathe under palm trees, or to retreat to the secluded pool area. 200sqm living area (air conditioned!) provide a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living / dining area with billard, a sports room, three bathrooms and sep. WC. A total of four bedrooms can accommodate up to six adults and four children (bed room 1 with garden access and a double bed 180x200, bed room 2: double bed 160x200, bed room 3 with access to the pool terrace & double bed 180x200, bed room 4: 2 bunk beds with a total of 4 beds 90x190.).

Labenne Océan is a small cozy town in the southern coastal area of the region "Les Landes", near the Basque Country. In 6 kilometers Capbreton / Hossegor in the north, 20km to the South Bayonne / Biarritz and its airport, and 50 km to the Spanish border. The area offers a variety of activities and entertainment for the whole family. The endless beach is popular with surfers, countless bike trails overspan the entire region. The village has a water park with lots of slides and fun for big and small, next to it is a climbing park. For animal lovers, there is a Reptilarium and a beautiful zoo, which is open all year.

A beautiful house, decorated with great care and taste. It’s obvious that the owners spend time there as well - most likely very often. The garden is very large with lots (really lots!) of seating and lounging areas. The village was a little quiet when we were there at the end of the season but there’s lots to see and do in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was like a home away from home and that’s what we always appreciate in a vacation rental.

La casa y entorno fenomenal. Una pena que la piscina se estropeó el segundo día y no pudimos utilizarla en todas las vacaciones . El propietario s exportó muy bien ya que nos dejó estar dos días más y nos devolvió algo de dinero.
