THE POOL WILL REMAIN OPEN ALL WINTER with heater set to 87. This home sits upon a fairly private lot. It is basically a dead end, so no traffic coming past the house. The drive up is via all paved roads. It’s a relatively easy drive up. You’ll rarely find an easier drive that results in a bigger and better view than this property features. The parking area is flat and can park 4 cars, though 4 is a squeeze. Bear sightings are common here. The pool is serviced and cleaned twice weekly. The hot tub is completely drained and cleaned after each guest. The interior and exterior of the home is serviced monthly by a pest control company. However, please understand you are in the middle of a mountainous wilderness, so bugs and critters are part of the experience. This home is located within short drive to all major attractions. 20 minutes to the heart of Pigeon Forge, 30 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and Dollywood.
