Hawk Mountain Modern Lodge is a new (2023) custom-built luxury retreat in the heart of the Smoky Mountains between Wears Valley & Pigeon Forge. The lodge features luxury accommodations with a Mountain Modern design theme. It is well-appointed with everything you need to enjoy a trip to the mountains. Relax and enjoy the luxurious reclaimed wood furnishings from Pottery Barn, West Elm, Restoration Hardware, Four Hands, and more! It's a great gateway to Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
The lodge is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the private gated luxury cabin community of Walden's Ridge.

☆☆ CANCELLATION POLICY & TRIP INSURANCE ☆☆
We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that will affect their trip. No refunds will be given due to weather, natural disasters, travel delays, or cancellations. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking.
We have partnered with RentalGuardian to give our guests easy access to travel insurance choices when they book with us. We do not sell travel insurance nor receive a commission; this is fully for the benefit of our guests.
☆☆ PARKING & CHARGING ☆☆
Parking for up to 4 vehicles is readily available on the large driveway with easy access. We provide a Tesla Gen3 Wall Connector EV Charger 🔌 for guests to use.
☆☆ CLEANING FEE ☆☆
The only fee we charge is a cleaning fee. This fee goes directly to the family that cleans the property between each stay and is designed to be a Fair Living Wage. Between each stay the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and all towels and linens are replaced with fresh clean towels/linens that have been freshly laundered.
☆☆ WINTER ACCESS ☆☆
While it's very rare, during winter storm conditions 4WD and/or snow chains may be necessary to access the property. All roads leading to the property are paved.

Absolutely amazing property! Excellent location - close enough to everything you need while far enough to get say from it all. The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The kitchen and living area was where we spent most of our time when we weren’t out and about. Everything we needed was there so making meals was stress-free. The grill is hooked up to a gas line so you don’t need to worry about a tank running out - something we’ve run into in previous rentals. Our kids (young adults) loved having a space of their own downstairs where they could do their own thing. Know that there are no closets - it wasn’t a problem for us because I brought a travel steamer to iron out things we would have normally hung up. There are dressers in the main bedrooms so no lack of places to put your clothes. Phone service is spotty, but we expected that as it’s pretty high up but the wi-fi access was flawless and supported everyone’s electronics. We had a great family vacation and hated to leave such a gorgeous space. If you are considering this place - book it - you won’t regret it.

Beautiful property with easy access and parking. Every amenity needed is provided to allow you to have a comfortable stay. Spotless cleaning and the decks were amazing for morning or evening relaxing.

Upstairs had to many ladybugs. Even crawling on the beds. It rain very bad, and because the gutter up at the top is not finished. The rain hitting on the tin roof, sounded like a gun. Other than that the cabin was awesome.
