About this house rental
A few strides (5min) from the seaside, the garden of Paofai and near the shops and restaurants of downtown Papeete, this villa with swimming pool is very well located, only 15 minutes from the famous market of Papeete on foot. Very quiet, WIFI, Air conditioning in some rooms, others are ventilated. Free private parking, terraces and pretty private garden, fully equipped with new bedding and hotel quality. Composed of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3WC, two kitchens equipped with new equipment and connected TV
The accommodation
This villa of about 270m² (including large terraces) has all the comfort you will need during your stay in Papeete!
Ideal for an overnight stay or a week, it is spacious, bright and extremely well equipped for 12p including a baby bed. Sofa beds in addition if needed.
The house is composed of two apartments with private entrances.
Here is how the first floor is composed:
You will enjoy a private garden of about 300m² with swimming pool and Fare poté
and a beautiful covered terrace on which you can have lunch or dinner in complete privacy, without any vis-à-vis or nuisance!
The living room is open to the kitchen equipped with an island - counter, and the TV area (connected TV with local channels) with sofa and coffee table is very comfortable.
The kitchen is well equipped: filter coffee maker, microwave, water fountain, good size fridge freezer, crockery and kitchen utensils for 8p. Everything is new.
At your disposal: salt, pepper, olive oil, sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar, coarse salt, brown sugar, coffee, teas and infusions.
A separate toilet and the bathroom are accessible to all from the living room.
Night side:
The first bedroom is very spacious, fan with bedding 200*200. From this bedroom you access the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool.
A cot is installed in this room, there are also 1p inflatable mattresses if more beds are needed.
The second bedroom is equipped with two 140*190 hotel quality beds with pedestal fans.
The third bedroom is more modest in size but includes two new single beds 90*190, with a wall fan, Children will like it very much.

The entrance is via a straight external staircase located to the side of the house.
You will thus access the covered terrace on which you can have lunch or dinner in complete privacy, without any vis-à-vis or nuisance!
The living room is large, you will find an office area, the TV area (connected TV with local channels) with sofa and removable coffee tables.
The kitchen is well equipped: filter coffee maker, microwave, water fountain to have fresh water at all times, good size fridge-freezer, crockery and kitchen utensils for 6p. Everything is new.

A separate toilet is also accessible from the living room.
Night side:
A superb air-conditioned bedroom with private bathroom including a large walk-in shower, a double sink unit and toilets. From this bedroom, you will have access to the terrace thanks to the bay window.

The second bedroom is also air-conditioned and is equipped with a 140*190 hotel quality bed, and a shower area with washbasin.
The sofa can be opened and used as an extra bed for two children or an adult (bed approx 120cm) There is also 2 sofa beds on the terrace if needed.
The whole thing is well ventilated, bright, spacious, you will feel very comfortable!
The terraces are really comfortable, everything is in good condition, modern and well furnished.
The villa is located just in front of the Fare Suisse (which you can easily geolocate on G maps), Paofai district, a few steps from the seaside, shops and restaurants.
The market is a 15-minute walk away.
